Bär & Karrer represented Amadeus Capital, a Geneva-based wealth and asset manager, in connection with the acquisition of the activities of Amasus Investment, a wealth management company headquartered in Zurich. The transaction comprised the acquisition of Amasus Investment's activities by Amadeus Capital. Bär & Karrer advised on all corporate, regulatory and contractual matters relating to the deal and coordinated with the relevant authorities. Bär & Karrer represented Amadeus Capital with a team composed by: Martin Anderson (M&A and banking) led the firm’s team on the matter, working alongside Sacha Kanoff (M&A and banking), Frederic Betrisey (banking) and Christoph Suter (tax).
