Mariscal Abogados advised House Hanover Spain, the Luxembourg-based international investment group House Hanover, in connection with a series of divestment transactions involving Spanish assets. The transactions comprised the sale of several assets held by House Hanover’s Luxembourg vehicles to the international investment firm Alpha Blue Ocean (ABO). The disposals form part of House Hanover’s wider European restructuring and optimization strategy, aimed at streamlining its investment portfolio and reinforcing focus on high-growth sectors such as medical innovation/MedTech and biotechnology. Alpha Blue Ocean, an international investment fund specialising in structured finance and capital markets, strengthens its expansion in Southern Europe through this acquisition, further consolidating its position as an active investor in the Spanish mid-cap market.
