AMTF Avvocati assisted Stars On Field in the legal work connected to the organisation of the ONE – Stronger Together event promoted by the Cittadella dello Sport di Tortona. The engagement concerned a sporting and charitable initiative conceived to support projects of inclusion and social solidarity. AMTF Avvocati managed the full scope of contractual work for the event, including agreements with artists and athletes participating in the evening program and sporting activities, the drafting of image-release forms for use of participants' likenesses, and the contract between the organising party and its client. Particular attention was paid to regulatory and practical aspects of the event: the correct use of the kiss cam, the management of participating artists, and the communication of content with charitable aims. The firm’s work focused on ensuring transparency, fairness and compliance with rules governing social advertising and the promotion of solidarity initiatives.
