Chiomenti and A&O Shearman advise on Banca CF+ €40 million Additional Tier 1 bond

Chiomenti advised Banca CF+ and A&O Shearman advised Goldman Sachs International in connection with the issuance of an Additional Tier 1 bond with a nominal value of €40 million. The transaction comprised the placement of an Additional Tier 1 (AT1) bond for qualified investors with a nominal amount of €40 million. Goldman Sachs International acted as sole arranger and sole bookrunner for the operation. The bond was admitted to listing on the Euronext Dublin Global Exchange Market and is issued in dematerialised form, centralised at Euronext Securities Milan (Monte Titoli).
