All advisors in the sale of Renzi Alberto to Numen

Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, together with Studio legale Avv. Chiorazzo, Pirola Corporate Finance, Studio Roncarolo and the in‑house M&A & Legal team of Gruppo SGR participated in the transaction: Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati and Studio legale Avv. Chiorazzo assisted the shareholders of Renzi Alberto; Pirola Corporate Finance supported Renzi Alberto on operational planning and corporate restructuring; Studio Roncarolo assisted the shareholders on tax matters; and the M&A and Legal department of Gruppo SGR advised Numen. The transaction involved the acquisition of Renzi Alberto, a Piedmont-based company specialised in the management of technological systems, by Numen, a tech energy company of Gruppo SGR – Società Gas Rimini, active in the commercialization and distribution of energy. The operation encompassed the preparation and negotiation of the contractual documentation, administrative-law approvals and assessments, planning to support operational management of contracts and related investments, a corporate reorganisation connected to the succession mortis causa of the late founder Alberto Renzi, coordination of due diligence activities and management of tax implications. Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati and Studio legale Avv. Chiorazzo represented the shareholders of Renzi Alberto with a team composed by: Pierpaolo Chiorazzo (founding partner, Studio legale Avv.
