Gitti and Partners Advises Arcaplanet on Acquisition of Hobby Zoo, Green Pet and Miele

Gitti and Partners and Grant Thornton advised buyer Arcaplanet, while Studio Legale Associato Brandstätter and Studio Legale Associato Gori assisted the selling shareholders; notarial aspects were overseen by notary Ciro De Vivo. The transaction involved Arcaplanet’s simultaneous acquisition of Hobby Zoo, Green Pet and Miele, each the owner of specialised pet-store chains active in the regions of Veneto, Trentino and Marche. With this acquisition Arcaplanet continues its growth trajectory and consolidates its leadership position in the Italian pet care market, further strengthening its territorial presence.
