Dentons represented AD Ports Group in the AED 570 million sale of two built-to-suit logistics warehouses to Aldar Properties PJSC. The transaction comprised the sale of two high-quality logistics warehouses located within Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD). The assets are leased to leading occupiers Noon and Emtelle and attracted strong interest from more than 30 local, regional and international investors. The deal underscores Abu Dhabi's position as a leading hub for industrial and logistics investment and highlights the growing depth and liquidity of the UAE's logistics real estate sector.
