The development includes 24 underground car spaces, 145 bicycle spaces, 820 m² communal area and is slated for turnkey delivery in Q1 2027."

POELLATH advised AGROMEX Invest GmbH in connection with the sale of a newly built multifamily building comprising 82 rental apartments in Berlin‑Lichtenberg to a German family office. The property at Küstriner Straße 60 comprises approximately 4,650 m² of residential space and offers 1.5‑ to 4‑room apartments constructed to Efficiency House 55 (Effizienzhaus‑55) standard. The building is complemented by an underground garage with 24 car parking spaces and 145 bicycle parking spaces, 70 of which are located in the underground garage. Communal outdoor facilities of roughly 820 m², including a children's playground, complete the residential concept. Handing over the property on a turnkey basis is planned for the first quarter of 2027.
