Goyel & Goyal advised Riverwalk Holdings on its participation in the funding round for Krieya Beauty & Wellness. Krieya has raised approximately ₹7 crore in its first funding round, led by Sauce with participation from Riverwalk Holdings and Dr. Aneesh Sheth, founder of Dr. Sheth’s. Krieya, which focuses on creating research-driven, customized beauty solutions for Indian consumers, plans to introduce a specialised haircare brand developed through proprietary research involving over 500 consumers. The fundraise was completed ahead of the company’s debut brand launch, slated for Q3 FY26.
