Setterwalls advised Helena Partners in connection with a strategic financing agreement with Hilbert Group. The financing agreement contemplates up to USD 10 million to be provided in two tranches. The capital is intended to support Hilbert Group’s continued growth and strategic initiatives and is subject to customary closing conditions. The transaction contemplates issuance of convertible notes as well as issuance of shares and warrants.
