S&C Advises Royal Bank of Canada on $2.25 Billion SEC-Registered Notes Offering

"S&C advised Royal Bank of Canada on a $2.25 billion SEC-registered offering of senior medium-term notes, including $750m of 3.995% fixed/floating notes due 2028, $500m of floating-rate notes due 2028, and $1bn of 4.305% fixed/floating notes due 2031. RBC has approximately C$2.2 trillion in assets and serves more than 19 million clients worldwide."

S&C advised Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) on a $2.25 billion SEC-registered offering of senior medium-term notes. The transaction comprised three series of senior medium-term notes: $750 million of 3.995% senior fixed-rate/floating-rate notes due 2028; $500 million of senior floating-rate notes due 2028; and $1 billion of 4.305% senior fixed-rate/floating-rate notes due 2031. With total assets of approximately C$2.2 trillion, Royal Bank of Canada is the largest Canadian company by market capitalization and serves more than 19 million clients worldwide.
