Hogan Lovells Advises Di Carlo Holdings on €132 Million Project Financing for 139 MW Agrivoltaic Portfolio in Apulia

Hogan Lovells advised Di Carlo Holdings and its agri-solar project company Agren on the transaction; Pollen Street Capital acted as lender. The transaction comprises project financing for the development and construction of 14 large-scale agri-voltaic plants located in Puglia, Italy, with an aggregate capacity of 139 MW. Pollen Street Capital provided a €132 million bond facility to Agren, an agri-solar project company sponsored by Di Carlo Holdings, to support the development of the portfolio. Hogan Lovells supported the client through the initial structuring of the transaction, the selection of lenders, and the drafting and negotiation of the project contracts, and advised on the financing documentation and issuance.
