Dentons has advised CPI Property Group on the sale of the Moniuszki 1A office building in central Warsaw to BPI Real Estate Poland. Commissioned in 2002, the 20‑storey property provides approximately 10,000 square metres of gross leasable area and is largely leased. The asset will continue to operate as an office in the near term, with a long‑term plan for a sustainable conversion to residential use. Dentons previously advised CPI Property Group in 2020 on its acquisition of Moniuszki 1A from Catalyst Capital.
