CMS and Markovic, Vukotic, Jovkovic participated in the transaction, with CMS representing ALPLA and Markovic, Vukotic, Jovkovic representing Energoplast. The transaction involved ALPLA's acquisition of the closure production operations of Serbian manufacturer Energoplast in Belgrade. The scope of the deal includes the transfer of Energoplast’s facility, production lines, personnel and customer relationships to ALPLA, ensuring operational continuity for clients in Serbia and neighbouring markets. Through this acquisition, ALPLA strengthens its compression and injection moulding capacity and expands its beverage‑packaging footprint in South‑East Europe. ALPLA operates in plastic packaging manufacturing and recycling.
