CMS Advises Geosolar Kamenyak on Commissioning of 75 MW Kamenyak PV Project

CMS advised Geosolar Kamenyak on putting the 75-megawatt Kamenyak PV project into operation and on obtaining the necessary permission from the Bulgarian Energy and Water Regulatory Commission. The transaction concerns the Kamenyak PV project located in Shumen Municipality. According to CMS, construction of the first stage of the project has been completed. The team expects the second stage to be finalised by the end of 2025. CMS also previously advised Geosolar Kamenyak earlier this year on the project's licensing. CMS represented Geosolar Kamenyak with a team composed by: Managing Partner Kostadin Sirleshtov, Partner Borislava Piperkova, and Senior Associates Elena Yotova-Yordanova and Viktoriya Toneva.
