Sorainen advised Linstow Baltic on the development leasing of the Satekles Biznesa Centrs project in Riga, and Cobalt advised SEB Banka on leasing the space for its new office. The matter concerned the development leasing and occupation of Satekles Biznesa Centrs, a class A office complex in Riga that now houses SEB Latvia's central office. The owner invested approximately EUR 40 million in the development as part of a broader plan to modernize the Riga central business district. Linstow Baltic is a real estate company that owns, develops and manages properties including shopping centres, offices, hotels and healthcare assets.
