August Debouzy Advises SEGRO on Development of 121,000 m² Logistics Building and First 60,500 m² BEFA with International Contract Logistics Operator

August Debouzy advised SEGRO in connection with the signing of a forward funding lease (BEFA) with an international contract logistics operator and the launch of construction of the SEGRO Logistics Centre Montargis. SEGRO has signed a BEFA with an international contract logistics operator and initiated construction of the SEGRO Logistics Centre Montargis. Located in Ferrières-en-Gâtinais (Loiret), the development occupies a 24-hectare site and will comprise a single building of 121,000 m². The first BEFA covers five units totalling 60,500 m². The building will be equipped with 128 dock doors, 12 level-access doors and a clear height under beams of 14.70 metres. Its roof will host a photovoltaic plant covering 100% of the usable surface, with a target capacity of 12 MWc. SEGRO also concluded the related property development contract as part of the project.
