Bratschi advised the sellers of the historic Bernese brewery Rugenbräu on succession planning. The transaction concerns the transfer of ownership of the traditional Rugenbräu brewery. Two members of the company’s management board, CEO Remo Kobluk and CFO Christian Schneiter, are taking over the business. They will be joined in the acquisition by Bernese entrepreneur Bernard Fuhrer, owner and managing director of Brauerei Felsenau, and Bernese lawyer Dominique Gottret. Bratschi represented the sellers with a team composed by: Partner Martin Moser (M&A).
