PwC TLS Advises ABS on New Steel Distribution Centre in Värnamo, Sweden

"PwC TLS, with support from PwC Sweden, advised ABS Acciaierie Bertoli Safau (Steelmaking division of the Danieli Group) on legal and contractual aspects of establishing a new 24,000 sqm steel distribution centre in Värnamo, Sweden, under ABS Steel Nordic, in partnership with Aspehof Fastigheter, due to open in 2026."

PwC TLS, with assistance from PwC Sweden, advised ABS Acciaierie Bertoli Safau, the Steelmaking division of the Danieli Group, on the legal and contractual aspects of a new steel distribution project in Sweden. The transaction concerns the establishment of ABS Steel Nordic and the construction of a new specialised distribution centre for alloy and speciality steels in Värnamo, Sweden. The facility, scheduled to open in 2026, will be built on a 24,000 sqm site and will offer technical consultancy, steel support services, sales and distribution, and length and size cutting services using highly automated robotic machinery. The new centre will be developed in collaboration with Aspehof Fastigheter, a Swedish real estate developer focused on sustainable and innovative solutions. The project aims to position the centre as the main reference point for the markets of Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark.
