Sureserve expands internationally with acquisition of Bonarius

Sureserve Group, a leading UK service provider offering housing associations and public sector clients a comprehensive range of technical compliance and energy transition services, has acquired Bonarius. Over the past decades Bonarius has grown from a regional player into a leading Dutch provider of technical maintenance and installation services for housing associations and real estate investors. The acquisition marks Sureserve’s first international expansion. Sureserve will provide Bonarius with capital and expertise to accelerate its organic growth and pursue targeted buy‑and‑build opportunities, with the aim of establishing the leading Dutch player in compliance and energy services.
