Dentons represented Aument Capital Partners in relation to a financing for the GIGATONS Group. The transaction involved a financing made available to the GIGATONS Group to support general corporate purposes and working capital needs. The financing was structured on a cross-border basis and was intended to support the group's activities in scaling net zero transport and critical power infrastructure to accelerate gigatons of CO₂ reductions. Aument Capital Partners is a Singapore-headquartered multi-family office providing investment services tailored to entrepreneurs and also maintains a presence in Abu Dhabi. GIGATONS Group, based in Abu Dhabi, is described as a next-generation technology and funding platform focused on accelerating large-scale CO₂ reductions by scaling net zero transport and critical power infrastructure.
