SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz Advises Cteam on Syndicated Loan Financing in High Three‑Digit Million Range

SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz and Binder Grösswang advised the Cteam Group in connection with the conclusion of a new syndicated loan agreement; IMAP acted as debt advisor to the company. The transaction comprises a syndicated loan agreement providing revolving credit and guarantee facilities in the high three‑digit million range, together with a substantial option to increase the volume. The financing was arranged by a consortium of six banks led by Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft and Landesbank Baden‑Württemberg. The new facility replaces the Cteam Group's previous syndicated loan and is intended, among other purposes, to enable new investments. The Cteam Group is a medium‑sized group of companies with around 1,600 employees that implements power grid projects across Europe. Its services include overhead line construction, mobile phone mast construction, engineering services, network services and mobile ground protection systems for construction projects and events. SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz represented the Cteam Group with a team composed by: Dr. Andreas Herr (lead, banking and finance law, Frankfurt); Dr. Christoph Kiegler (tax law, Mannheim); Dr. Till Kotterer‑Rädecke (banking and finance law, Mannheim). Cteam Group's in‑house legal and treasury team represented the company with a team composed by: René Koller (Treasury) who led the transaction. IMAP acted as debt advisor to the company. Binder Grösswang represented the Cteam Group and provided legal advice on Austrian law.
