Derive Trading and Resorts Private Limited has acquired a nearly completed 130‑key upscale hotel in Udupi, Karnataka for ₹100 crore. The transaction involves the purchase of the hotel asset from Harinath Builders and Developers Private Limited for a consideration of ₹100 crore. Strategically located along the Udupi–Manipal Highway, the hotel spans a super built-up area of approximately 17,475 square feet.
