GÖRG Advises Rubix Germany on Acquisition of Konrad Haluk Industriebedarf GmbH

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Rubix Holding Deutschland GmbH on the acquisition of all shares in Konrad Haluk Industriebedarf GmbH from the previous owner. Under the lead of Partner Claus Christopher Schiller, GÖRG provided comprehensive, interdisciplinary advice across all relevant legal areas for the transaction, including transaction structuring, due diligence, contract negotiations and implementation. The acquisition strengthens Rubix's position in the industrial supply sector and expands its service portfolio by bringing a long-established supplier into the Group. Konrad Haluk Industriebedarf GmbH has for almost 50 years supplied customers in the mechanical and plant engineering sector with quality products from an extensive standard range as well as special solutions in the fields of roller bearings, housings, linear and mechanical drive technology. The Rubix Group is Europe’s largest supplier of MRO products and technical services, with more than 8,500 employees at over 750 locations in 22 countries and a turnover of more than EUR 3 billion. Rubix was formed in 2017 through the merger of the Brammer Group and the IPH Group and the acquisition by private equity investor Advent International.
