Latham & Watkins represented Lindsay Goldberg in its agreement to acquire EMCO Chemical Distributors. Lindsay Goldberg, a leading private equity firm focused on partnering with families and founders, has agreed to acquire EMCO Chemical Distributors, a founder‑owned distributor of industrial chemicals that primarily serves the Midwestern United States. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
