Hogan Lovells Advises Spinbridge on First NPL Securitisation

Hogan Lovells advised Spinbridge S.p.A., led by CEO Maurizio Tucci, in connection with its role as subscriber and sub-servicer in a securitisation of non-performing loans (NPLs). The transaction is Spinbridge's first NPL securitisation and features a revolving period together with the issuance of partially paid notes, enabling the vehicle Spinbridge SPV S.r.l. to acquire additional NPL portfolios. Cerved Master Services S.p.A. acted as servicer for the transaction, while Accounting Partners S.p.A. served as corporate servicer, calculation agent and representative of the noteholders.
