Linklaters advises Insight Investment on structuring and implementing €47 million financing for Faktus

Linklaters advised Insight Investment, acting for certain funds it manages, and Ashurst advised Faktus in connection with a financing transaction. The transaction comprised the structuring and implementation of a €47 million financing provided to Faktus, a French FinTech dedicated to financing solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises in the construction sector. The financing is structured around a fonds commun de titrisation (FCT). The FCT grants loans that are secured by existing and future receivables arising from construction contracts.
