Racine represented Weinberg Capital Partners in the disposal of the CINETIQ logistics platform to Union Investment; Weinberg Capital Partners was also assisted by notaries Allez & Associés and legal counsel Reedsmith, while Union Investment was advised by notaries Screeb, tax adviser Yards and legal counsel Franklin. The transaction concerns the sale by Weinberg Capital Partners of CINETIQ, a leading logistics platform located on the Paris–Normandy corridor. Acquired in March 2024 as the first logistics investment of the WREP#3 real estate fund, CINETIQ was delivered in spring 2025 and quickly became a market reference. The development was completed to demanding architectural and environmental standards and obtained a BREEAM "Excellent" certification. The site was delivered to France Boissons under a 12‑year lease, and the sale to Union Investment occurred a few months after that delivery. For Weinberg Capital Partners, the disposal reflects the successful delivery of an ambitious project and the ability of its Real Estate team to execute a sale in a constrained liquidity environment. Racine represented Weinberg Capital Partners with a team composed by: Quentin Cournot (Associé) and Georges Lebauvy (Collaborateur). Allez & Associés represented Weinberg Capital Partners with a notarial team composed by: Jennifer Aeschimann and Lola Aucouturier. Reedsmith represented Weinberg Capital Partners with a legal team composed by: Carole Steimlé and Hugo Collantier. Screeb represented Union Investment with a notarial team composed by: Delamarche and Gregoire. Yards represented Union Investment on tax matters with a team composed by: Jérémie Yeni.
