SAGE will relocate from La Garenne-Colombes to the 49‑storey, 76,000 m² Hekla tower, designed by Ateliers Jean Nouvel and developed by Hines and AG Real Estate."

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer Paris advised SAGE in the negotiation of the lease for the company’s future headquarters at the Hekla tower in La Défense. The transaction concerns the lease and installation of SAGE’s new head office in the emblematic Hekla tower in Puteaux. SAGE, a global leader in cloud business management solutions, will move from La Garenne‑Colombes to the 49‑storey, 76,000 m² building. The tower was designed by Ateliers Jean Nouvel and is being developed by Hines and AG Real Estate.
