Law firm A&O Shearman advised the TITAN group, an international leader in building materials and infrastructure listed on Euronext Brussels and Paris and on the Athens Stock Exchange, in its entry into exclusive negotiations to acquire Vracs de l'Estuaire (VDE) from Moroccan group OIP. The contemplated transaction concerns Vracs de l'Estuaire, an independent cement operator that owns a state-of-the-art grinding facility strategically located at the Port of Le Havre.
