Dentons represented Arete Group in its acquisition of Bio Term. Bio Term generates thermal and electric energy and is active in heat transmission and electricity trading. The company owns and operates a gas-fired combined heat and power (CHP) plant in Swiebodzice. The transaction is the first investment of Arete Energy Transition Sicav, launched in May 2025, and supports the fund's focus on energy-transition assets.
