Forgo, Damjanovic & Partners advised the owners of BioCo, and EY Law Vamosi-Nagy advised Ceres Pharma on the transaction. The transaction involved the sale of BioCo, a Hungarian producer of vitamins and food supplements, to Ceres Pharma, a Belgium-based pharmaceutical group backed by private equity investor Naxicap Partners. According to Forgo, Damjanovic & Partners, the acquisition forms part of Ceres Pharma’s continued regional expansion through bolt-on purchases across Central and Eastern Europe.
