Clifford Chance advised Hillwood Poland, and Dentons advised Deka Immobilien, in the sale and purchase of two industrial and logistics parks in Upper Silesia, Poland. The transaction involved the acquisition by Hillwood Poland of two fully leased industrial and logistics parks from Deka Immobilien in a deal valued at approximately EUR 100 million. The portfolio comprises Industrial Park Bierun, totaling approximately 56,000 square metres on a 12-hectare site located within a Special Economic Zone, and Industrial Park Tychy, covering approximately 97,000 square metres across seven halls on a 17.7-hectare plot. Both assets are fully occupied and benefit from established roads, parking and technical infrastructure. The parks were part of the portfolio of Deka’s open-ended real estate fund WestInvest InterSelect.
