Law firms Walless and Linklaters advised Vodafone on the EUR 175 million acquisition of Skaylink, while Hengeler Mueller reportedly advised the sellers, funds managed by Waterland Private Equity. Vodafone agreed to acquire Skaylink, a European cloud and cybersecurity services provider, from funds managed by Waterland Private Equity for EUR 175 million. According to Walless, the transaction expands Vodafone’s digital capabilities through Skaylink’s cloud modernization and protection offerings and strengthens Vodafone’s regional cloud and IT services capacity.
