Stijacic Sostaric advised Kompare, a portfolio company of Invera Equity Partners, and BDV advised seller Marko Peric in connection with Kompare’s acquisition of a majority stake in Optimum Grupa in Croatia. The transaction involved Kompare acquiring a majority stake in Optimum Grupa, a licensed credit and insurance brokerage company. According to Stijacic Sostaric, the deal will further strengthen Kompare’s position as a leading Croatian platform for the comparison and contracting of insurance, telecommunications, and credit services.
