Balcioglu Selcuk Eymirlioglu Ardiyok Keki (BASEAK), Dentons’ Turkish affiliate, advised Bizim Hesap, while Esin Attorney Partnership, Baker McKenzie’s Turkish affiliate, advised Mikrogrup in connection with the sale of Bizim Hesap to Italy-based technology group TeamSystem via Mikrogrup. The transaction sees TeamSystem, an Italy-based technology group backed by Hellman & Friedman and Silver Lake, acquire Bizim Hesap through Mikrogrup. Mikrogrup is a Turkiye-based business-management software platform that acted as the distribution and product ecosystem for the deal. According to BASEAK, the transaction strengthens TeamSystem’s footprint in Turkiye’s SME software market by combining Bizim Hesap’s cloud accounting capabilities with Mikrogrup’s distribution and product ecosystem.
