FLH Advises Vital Ambiental on Sale of EcoVital to Veolia

FLH Advogados (Franco Leutewiler Henriques) advised Vital Ambiental, part of the Queiroz Galvão Group, and Toledo Marchetti advised Grupo Veolia in the sale of EcoVital. The transaction entails the acquisition by Grupo Veolia, the French multinational and global leader in integrated water, waste and energy management, of EcoVital, a company specialized in the thermal treatment of hazardous industrial waste and owner of one of the largest and most advanced incineration facilities in Latin America. The sale reinforces Veolia’s expansion and market consolidation strategy in Brazil and strengthens its presence in a niche characterized by high technical and regulatory complexity.
