Demarest advised Eletromidia and Rolim Goulart Cardoso advised Urbana Mídia in connection with Eletromidia’s acquisition of Urbana Mídia, the company responsible for operating and exploiting advertising at bus stops in Belo Horizonte (MG). The transaction provides for the transfer to Eletromidia of Urbana Mídia’s concession contract with the Belo Horizonte City Hall, which remains valid until 2041. The agreement contemplates the installation, maintenance and advertising exploitation of 1,300 bus shelters in the municipality. With this acquisition, Eletromidia becomes the leading out-of-home (OOH) operator in the capital of Minas Gerais. Demarest represented Eletromidia with a team composed by: partner Fabio Tayar; partners Bruno Aurélio and Fernando Maluf; and associates Gabriela Luchetti and Roberta Helena Ramires Chiminazzo.
