Baker McKenzie Switzerland advised Gétaz-Miauton, a Blackstone Group company, on the sale of the Usiniers site in Bulle (FR) to Orllati Real Estate. The transaction was structured as a sale-and-leaseback, pursuant to which Gétaz-Miauton sold the site to Orllati Real Estate. Under the terms agreed, the site will be transferred to Orllati and is intended to host the development of a residential project.
