Homburger advised Grant Thornton Advisors in connection with the company’s initiative to expand its multinational platform; the operation was backed by an investor group led by New Mountain Capital. The transaction comprised Grant Thornton Advisors' acquisition of Grant Thornton Switzerland and Grant Thornton Liechtenstein as part of its strategic expansion of the multinational platform.
