Baker McKenzie and URA Urquiza Abogados advised Banca March and Hospiten on the financing granted by CaixaBank for the construction of the future general university hospital in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid). The financing by CaixaBank will fund the construction of the new hospital, which will be managed by the international healthcare group Hospiten. The project involves a total investment of €200 million and is expected to be completed in 2026. The facility will include state-of-the-art installations.
