Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advises Nomadar Corp on Nasdaq Capital Market listing under ticker NOMA

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advised Nomadar Corp on its listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker NOMA. The transaction consisted of Nomadar Corp’s admission to trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market, a strategic milestone for the company that operates at the intersection of sport, tourism, technology and health. Gómez-Acebo & Pombo said the listing strengthens Nomadar’s international expansion plan and supports the development of its flagship real estate and sports projects. The listing coincides with progress on the Sportech City project in Cádiz, a multifunctional complex of approximately 110,000 m² that will include a 40,000-seat stadium, commercial areas, a luxury hotel, a sports clinic, a gym and dining spaces. In parallel, Nomadar is developing a high-performance training programme, manages the exclusive Mágico González brand outside Spain, and is planning e-commerce initiatives and fan experience services.
