Youandlaw advised Devengo in its €2 million pre-Series A financing round, assisting the Spanish fintech as it secured investment from Bankinter, Demium and Banco Sabadell as main investors, alongside TheVentureCity, Wayra and other business angels. Devengo, a Spanish fintech pioneer offering a multi-sector infrastructure for instant payments, has closed a pre-Series A funding round totalling €2 million. The law firm Youandlaw, specialised in venture capital and startups, advised the company throughout the process; Bankinter, Demium and Banco Sabadell participated as the main investors, with additional participation from TheVentureCity, Wayra and a group of business angels. Youandlaw represented Devengo with a team composed by: partner Pablo Casado, associate Isabel Gonzalo and trainee Sophia Wolohan, from the firm's venture capital and startups practice.
