IPG Law Firm represented Dürr Aktiengesellschaft in the spin-off and subsequent sale of its Italian business unit specialized in cleaning technologies to Stellex Capital Management LLC. The transaction comprised a corporate spin-off of Dürr’s Italian operations focused on cleaning technologies, followed by the sale of the newly separated business unit to Stellex Capital Management LLC. The operation was conducted in collaboration with the Dürr Group’s Global M&A Legal Team and the Italian Finance Team, under the direction of the company’s chief financial officer.
