Cripps Advises Management Team on WW Martin Management Buy-Out

Cripps, Girlings and Kreston Reeves participated in the transaction, with Cripps advising the newly incorporated buyer formed by members of WW Martin’s management and shareholders, and Girlings acting as long-standing advisers to the outgoing sellers; Kreston Reeves also took an advisory role in completing the deal. The transaction comprised a management buy-out of WW Martin, a leading construction contractor based in Kent. Cripps acted for the newly incorporated buyer, which is owned by a number of WW Martin’s existing directors, minority shareholders and members of its senior management. The advisers worked collaboratively to deliver completion within the desired timeframe.
