POELLATH advised Allgeier SE in the sale of its subsidiary Allgeier IT Services GmbH to private equity investor Synova. The IT consulting company Allgeier SE has sold its subsidiary Allgeier IT Services GmbH (AITS), which was responsible for the IT managed services business, to Synova.
