Bevan Brittan Reappointed to Historic England Legal Services Panel

Bevan Brittan represented Historic England and its subsidiary charity English Heritage in relation to its reappointment to Historic England’s legal services panel. The appointment will see Bevan Brittan support the public body, which helps communities and specialists care for, enjoy and celebrate England’s historic environment, across a number of legal disciplines. The firm will provide advice on planning, property and estate management, commercial matters, procurement and subsidy control, as well as intellectual property, employment and pension law, commercial litigation, construction and judicial review.
