JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised the CPP Group in connection with the sale of its Indian subsidiary to One Assist Consumer Solutions Private Limited and its affiliate. The transaction involved the sale by CPP Group of its entire 100% shareholding in CPP Assistance Services Private Limited to One Assist Consumer Solutions Private Limited and its affiliate for a consideration of ₹174 crore. CPP India is engaged in providing assistance and protection services and offers a suite of white‑labelled products in partnership with banks, NBFCs and fintech companies across India.
