Trilegal, JSA and Hogan Lovells advise on Studds ₹455.488 crore IPO

Trilegal, JSA Advocates & Solicitors and Hogan Lovells participated in the transaction: Trilegal advised Studds Accessories Limited and the selling shareholders; JSA advised the book-running lead managers IIFL Capital Services Limited and ICICI Securities Limited; Hogan Lovells served as international counsel to the book-running lead managers. Studds Accessories Limited launched an initial public offering aggregating to ₹455.488 crore. The offering comprised an offer for sale of 7,786,120 equity shares by the promoters and other existing shareholders. The IPO was notable as the first-ever public listing by a two-wheeler helmet consumer brand in India and was oversubscribed by 73.25 times. Studds Accessories is the largest two-wheeler helmet player in India by revenue for Fiscal 2024 and the world’s largest two-wheeler helmet player by volume in Calendar Year 2024.
