Renzenbrink & Partner Advises Sansidor on Acquisition of LVHT

Renzenbrink & Partner advised Sansidor GmbH on the acquisition of LVHT Lehr- und Versuchsgesellschaft für innovative Hygiene-Technik mbH. The transaction concerns the acquisition of LVHT, an accredited laboratory company based in Mülheim an der Ruhr with a focus on drinking water, swimming-pool and bathing-pool analyses. LVHT also provides consulting and training services to operators of public and private facilities, notably swimming pools, hospitals and municipal institutions. The deal included arrangements for the sellers to reinvest in the business. The acquisition is part of the Sansidor Group’s ongoing expansion in Germany that began in 2024. Founded in the Netherlands in 2018 after HC Partners acquired several testing, inspection and certification (TIC) companies, the Sansidor Group has grown to more than 20 companies and over 400 employees across the Netherlands and, since 2024, Germany. The group’s activities focus on testing in fire safety, electricity, water, air and occupational safety. Since 2024, funds advised by IK Partners hold a majority stake alongside HC Partners, and Sansidor pursues a buy-and-build strategy together with existing company owners.
